High quality bathroom fixtures (towel rack, etc)? We just had a bathroom redone. It looks great. Tile shower, sliding glass door, I'm happy with the whole thing.
The last thing is bathroom fixtures, towel racks and so on. But the cheap crappy towel racks and tp holders and all that at HD or Lowes or whatever don't appeal to me. Some of the cheapest hardware may rust prematurely (looking at you, terrible shower curtain rod).

Places I wouldn't buy from: random-brand garbage on Amazon, gas station convenience store, that sketchy alley downtown. What are the high quality brands for bathroom/shower fixtures? I'm getting frustrated shopping the box stores trying to find shower and bathroom fixtures that don't feel like plastic junk. Are there any brands that are truly of higher quality? I was wondering, do brand name bathroom accessories matter, or can you get comparable quality from cheaper brands? Bathroom Hardware Buying Guide
My "real" Moen Genta LX towel bar seems to be much sturdier. Hello all, I am looking for some help with bathroom hardware. Specifically we are looking to replace light fixtures and cabinets hardware.
Open to. Should all hardware match? We just replaced the vanity, and love the new one! But now I'm trying to decide if I should replace the hardware to match the faucet and shower fixtures. The plan is to put up some shelves, but again trying to decide if the brackets should match? Bathroom hardware advice I'm using the hex tiles for the walls, the charcoal 24 x 24 for the floor, and penny tile for the niches (I'm actually using a different one than shown but I don't have a pic - it's is charcoal glass penny tile rather than the matte shown here).
Swap Hardware
The bathroom hardware is of simpler design than a pro-style kitchen faucet, with the moving parts and such; so, we hope they hold up. In any case, we're going Kohler from here forward. I am working through specifying components of a custom home build.
The home style and finishes is slated for mid to high end (4 to 5 times the average tract house price in the area). I started looking at plumbing fixtures and there are dozens upon dozens of brands out there in the mid to high end range. I don't even know where to start.
For example, I see common names like Kohler and Delta. They include mounting hardware that is easy to use and installs well. Their hardware lasts and the mounting lasts, even with kids and guests who aren't always the most gentle.
RH has adopted some cost-cutting measures, like plastic toggle anchors, but I haven't found these to have a negative effect on the bathroom hardware.
